Freelance Project Manager
Location: Kenilworth
Engagement: Freelance
Rate: £300 - £350 per day (Dependent on experience)
My client is a successful & well respected contractor who specialise in interior fit out and refurbishment projects.
Due to another successful tender win, they are now looking for a freelance project manager to join their busy team.
The successful freelance project manager will be working on commercial projects across the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity and could lead to ongoing work for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Project Manager Role
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Prepare a relevant programme of works that is adhered to and reflects changes & progress on site.
To chair regular client meetings & to take responsibility for the site team and communication.
To ensure that all company health & safety procedures are met
Key Experience for this Freelance Project Manager Role
Track record in refurbishment & fit out projects
Experience leading projects from cradle to grave
Knowledge and experience with appropriate software - Microsoft Project etc
SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
