Job Title: Head of Marketing
Salary: £50,000 per annum (Up to £80,000 OTE)
Employment Type: Permanent
Location: Ringwood
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to join our client's team in Ringwood. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in driving marketing strategies and achieving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
