Who are we?

We are New Directions, a group of companies that provide UK wide services (including recruitment, training, care provision and other support services) within education, social care, domiciliary care and the pharmaceutical sector, from a network of offices across the UK.

Summary of Role:

The Recruitment Manager – Professional Services will play a vital part in implementing the New Directions vision and strategy, and in delivering the aspiration to become a first-class supplier of choice for clients of the Professional Recruitment business unit of the New Directions Group. This role comes with high expectations and is a demanding role that will lead and develop the day-to-day sales activity of the Professional Recruitment business unit of the New Directions Group. Whilst having day to day management of this area, business development of key clients will be a vital part of this role, through the attendance of client/networking engagement events and generating leads.
