Summary of Role:
The Recruitment Manager – Professional Services will play a vital part in implementing the New Directions vision and strategy, and in delivering the aspiration to become a first-class supplier of choice for clients of the Professional Recruitment business unit of the New Directions Group. This role comes with high expectations and is a demanding role that will lead and develop the day-to-day sales activity of the Professional Recruitment business unit of the New Directions Group. Whilst having day to day management of this area, business development of key clients will be a vital part of this role, through the attendance of client/networking engagement events and generating leads.

Main Duties:
- Developing the brand and growing the sales revenues and growth of the Professional Recruitment business unit of the New Directions Group.
- Attaining individual sales target whilst also ensuring that the overall sales targets for the Professional Recruitment business unit of the New Directions Group are achieved.
- Attending various client/network engagement events and business opportunities across the UK to represent the Professional Recruitment business unit of the New Directions Group, whilst using outstanding persuasion, presentation and negotiation skills to generate leads, and secure new business and sales revenue opportunities.
- Establishing and managing pipeline, working with key stakeholders to identify and secure potential clients, within the Professional Recruitment business unit.
- Establishing both new and developing existing strong relationships in order to build up client networks to generate new/repeat business as well as obtaining recommendations and endorsements in order to acquire new business.
- Identifying and developing cross-selling opportunities with existing clients, converting into new business and being accountable for cross New Directions co-operation and synergies with delivery of associated sales strategies.
- Providing leadership direction and business alignment by acting as a credible figurehead that interfaces with stakeholders on strategic, sales, operational and financial objectives and performance reporting.
- Providing daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports and monitoring performance against targets.
- Performing competitor and trend analysis.
- Being a role model to others and leading by example by demonstrating a positive attitude, strong work ethic and consistently setting and delivering a high standard of work.
- Demonstrating an understanding of gross profit, operating profit, and growth expectations.
