We are looking for a warm, caring person to start the customer's journey with ease and generating a memorable experience, leaving a customer 100% satisfied. Good progression prospects at this Main Dealership who can offer training.
Ideally you will have Customer Service and Retail and Admin/Computer Skills looking for a new Challenge and Career! Full Driving licence is a must-have.
- Friendly first point of contact, receiving and booking in customers vehicles
- Understanding customers requirements and recording information accurately
- Have good listening skills and be a strong communicator
- Have a can-do attitude

- Supporting others when necessary
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Remain calm under pressure
- Liaise with parts department
- Preparing customers paperwork in advance to create a smooth journey
Working Days/ Hours & Benefits
Hours:
- Monday to Friday 8 am - 5:30 pm
- Every other Saturday Morning
Package :
- Good Salary of £26,000 plus Bonus so an OTE of £32,000
- Company paid Pension
