My client, one of the most interesting SMEs I have worked with in 20 years here, is based in Lymington and is a high end manufacturing/tech business.

Job Description

They are offering a unique opportunity for an ambitious marketeer to take ownership of global campaigns. They are a small team, so this varied role will suit someone who is prepared to be flexible and take on tasks outside of their immediate brief when needed. They anticipate the role will be roughly 70-80% marketing, and the remainder will be supporting both the Sales and Management Teams.

Duties will include:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing programs to support both brands in their respective markets.
• Develop campaigns across both traditional (print) and digital media and platforms.
• Assess trade show calendar and plan targeted presence to support sales objectives within budget allocation.
• Liaising with global customers to create case studies.
• Maintain and develop company websites, digital content and sales support literature.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing programs with the company's strategic objectives.

In addition, administrative support for the Sales and Management teams will include:

• Timely processing of customer enquiries, quotations and purchase orders using the company's ERP system.
• Collaboration with internal departments to ensure customer service standards are met.
• Managing export and sector-specific requirements.

The Successful Applicant

If you have recent experience as a Marketing Assistant or Marketing Executive and now want to take the marketing skills you have learned to a more autonomous role in which you manage your own campaigns, digital and physical, this is an exciting opportunity to do just that.High quality Marketing graduates would also be equally considered.
