Job description
Healthcare Perm Staff is recruiting currently for permanent position RGN or RMN.
The Nursing Home is based in North West London, very convenient location for a public transport.
As a Nurse you will assess, plan, deliver and evaluate a high standard of person centred care, with a holistic view of the individual needs of each residents. This will involve liaising with residents, relatives, GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team on site.
You will need to be RGN or RMN qualified with a current NMC pin number, have experience of working with older people (ideally in a care home setting) and you will have the right to work in the UK.
Knowledge and experience of working with dementia and palliative care client groups would be beneficial.
