As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events
- effectively qualify leads by assessing their needs, interests, and buying intent to determine whether they meet the criteria for further engagement by the Sales Director
- Setting Appointments and Meetings between qualified leads
- Engaging with decision makers, typically at Director level, using intelligent software
- Collaborating with our Sales Director to schedule online meetings to discuss recruitment solutions
- Becoming an expert in recruitment through ongoing learning and development, staying informed about industry trends, product updates, and sales techniques to enhance your performance and achieve targets
