Job description
The Finance Manager will be responsible for:
- Manage a team of 3 - full suite of coaching, performance management and delegation
- Production the management accounts for the business unit including commentary against forecast / budget
- Communicate financial results and insights to the wider finance function
- Review balance sheet reconciliations ensuring issues and discrepancies are investigated and resolved on a timely basis
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process
- Support year-end activities including liaising with external auditors
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives including the development and implementation of internal control procedures
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support project work
