Team leader/ Shift Leader Box Leisure “The cutting edge of leisure careers”

Location: North Yorkshire  :  £11.44 per hour  Duration:   Permanent   Accommodation can be made available



  We are currently looking for qualified Team leader, who has outstanding people skills, to work at one of our client’s beautiful holiday parks in North Yorkshire . Our clients want their guests to have an exceptional time at their resorts however, it is vitally important that they are kept safe too! That’s where you come in…. We are looking for amazing team members who can effectively lead a shift in Activities and Leisure department, deputising for the Team Manager in their absence, giving our guests a great time, with memories that last a lifetime. Ensuring all daily tasks relating activities, Team Processes, and Safe & Secure compliance, are carried out to the required standards. This opportunity will be rewarded financially each time you step up, whilst being able to focus on personal development to help you build your career of a lifetime with our client.



Key Responsibilities;

• Monitors on-shift service and tasks,
• arranging appropriate resource when needed.
• Achieves and exceeds shift targets and key performance indicators.
• Ensures all team on shift have the required skills and training required for their role.
• Highlights team members with potential to develop to the Team Manager to support ongoing talent development.
• Complete relevant daily administrative tasks including accurate hours worked recording, safety compliance checks and legislative compliance checks.
• Should hold a First Aid at Work / RLSS, NPLQ, PPO qualification.
• Pool side experience is vital as this is a pool based leisure role.
• SBTO Qualification required (Training course available till the 23d February)
