Nurse Manager

£50,000 +

Are you an experienced, passionate nurse? Ready to take the next step in your Nursing home career? 

This position will see you delivering exemplary care for elderly patients, Mental Health conditions and those with Learning and Physical disabilities.

The successful candidate will oversee and be responsible for:

• Overall Quality control of the home.
• Governance of the home.
• Overseeing monthly audits.
• Leading by example and holding their entire team to the highest standard of patient care possible.
• Liaising with both outside agencies and statutory bodies such as the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority, ensuring compliance with the minimum care standards.
