Job description
As an adult's support worker you will be required to support adults with learning difficulties, autism and complex needs in a residential setting.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Assisting adults with daily tasks
- Promoting independence
- Accurate record keeping
- Safeguarding adults at all times
- Creating and maintaining positive relationships with the adults
- Meeting the physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs of the adults
- Housekeeping duties

You do not need experience as an adult's support worker as we can provide full training but experience of working with adults is advantageous.
