Job description
The role of Volunteer Buildings & Facilities Lead would work alongside Studio & Buildings manager, Fire Officer and Buildings Team.
The role will lead on the following tasks:
• Oversee the fire regulation requirements of the building, liaising with the Fire Service and external contractors.
• Ensure our tenants and users of the building understand the safety requirements of using the building.
• Provide updates to the 36 Lime Street Board of Trustees on any buildings related matter.
• Develop plans and technical requirements for buildings repairs and improvements.
• Engage with and procure external contractors on buildings related matters.
