Shepherds Bush

WHO WOULD THIS ROLE SUIT:

As the Insight Analyst, you will use data to to drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall growth and customer engagement. If you have previously worked with CRM's such as Hubspot or Salesforce and have an excellent background in insight analytics, I'd love to hear from you!

DUTIES INCLUDE:  

• Finding ways to make the sales processes better, putting those changes into action.
• Making sure sales tools and systems are set up and used well.
• Analysing sales data.
• Creating sales reports and charts.
• Check in often on sales forecasts and pipeline to keep data correct and reliable.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Fantastic data analysis skills  which will include strong experience of sales forecasting and sales insights.
• Strong SQL experience
• Looker experience is desirable.
• CRM systems experience (like Hubspot & Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
