Our client is looking for a  Service Charge Analyst to work in their South London office. The role is to conduct a detailed expenditure analysis, estimate future costs, and manage the Service Charge actuals and budget setting process. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position, ensuring accuracy in contracts, cost allocation, and scheme exceptions, liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly. Efficiently handle invoice processing, account data integrity, and customer enquiries, using case management techniques to investigate and escalate as needed.
