ACCOUNT MANAGER - LARGE FORMAT

Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm / Monday - Friday

Our client has been established for over 40 years and are leaders in the Large Format, Digital & Display industry.

Providing their customers with anything from commercial print, marketing materials, large format, merchandise, digital & displays, they work with customers of all sizes and are deadline driven.

They have an excellent reputation and are now looking to recruit an Account Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

• Experience in the Large Format, Digital or Displays industry is essential
• Experience dealing with clients in the leisure / sports industry would be of an advantage however not essential
• Manage all aspects of a customer relationships to retain and develop their business
• Deal with any customer issues and ensure issues are rectified and charged appropriately
• Process all customer orders efficiently and accurately on the order processing system
• Liaise with customers via email, telephone and face-to-face
• Liaise with all departments to ensure smooth running of the project
• The role is mainly office based, however occasionally will be required to visit clients onsite
• Tech savvy with the ability to formulate spread sheets
• Strong understanding of what makes good customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good understanding of the different materials and substrates
• Enjoy working in a team and building strong relationships within the business
• Confident and personable nature
• Able to meet strict deadlines
• Conduct site surveys when needed
