One of my main contractor clients is seeking a talented and motivated Trainee/Assistant Technical Coordinator to join their design and technical management team. With a focus on residential projects across London, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of a mix of project typology, from high rise to precast. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Project Technical Lead to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard, from RIBA stage 3 to completion.
• Assist in the coordination and management of the design process, including liaising with architects, consultants, suppliers and contractors.
• Work on site to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate and review design documentation, such as drawings and specifications, to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design-related documentation, including design briefs, design reports, and design reviews.

What we are looking for:

• Ideally someone with experience on high rise projects in London
• Experience working on Stage 3-5 on residential projects
• A driven and motivated individual
• Someone who can work on site on a full time basis- there could be an element of hybrid/flexible working
• Outside the box thinking
• Problem solving attitude
• Team player
