THE ROLE
We have a new and exciting in house role for a lawyer c 5 PQE to join a growing in house legal team
As a key team member, you will be expected to play a significant role in supporting both the business and the legal team providing strategic and tactical legal advice
This will include ;-
Managing all Datar Protection issues, design and implementation of a programme
Drafting and negotiating consumer agreements, terms of service, supplier contracts and distribution agreements
Risk management
Litigation management
Develop and implement training programmes for the business
THE CANDIDATE
You will ideally have c 5PQE with sound commercial and technical skills, ideally with in house experience
You will have the enthusiasm and drive to make a significant contribution towards the growth of the business
Candidates will have a solid data protection background
Flexible/ remote work arrangements
