We are currently representing a well-established Architectural Practice who are actively looking for a Project Architect to join their growing team based around the Peterborough area. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Project Architect to develop their career within a talented team.

As part of a varied team, leading on projects in the residential and commercial sector, the ideal candidate will need to have experience at running projects at all RIBA stages. Project experience within the residential sector is a must. You will be proficient in Revit and liaise with and manage personnel involved at different stages of projects.

It is an RIBA chartered practice and a CIAT registered practice with a team of dedicated and highly skilled professionals who embrace the practice philosophy.

Project Architect Position Overview

• Project Architect to join an Architectural practice
• Located in Peterborough
• Covering Residential, Heritage and Commercial projects
• Using Revit and AutoCAD on a daily basis
• Project running through all RIBA stages
• Working on a range of projects and being client facing
• Liaise with and manage personnel involved at different stages of the project
• Working in technical design and construction stages

Project Architect Position Requirements

• To be Part 3 qualified with at least 5 years' experience post-part 3.
• Project experience within the residential sector.
• An ability to liaise with and manage personnel involved at different stages of the project.
• To showcase design and technical abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture 5+ years' experience
• Proficiency in Revit
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong technical expertise related to design and construction
• Good knowledge of planning and building consents within the United Kingdom.
• To be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate with the internal team, clients, and entire external design teams.
• To ensure all project deadlines are met to a high standard.

Project Architect Position Remuneration

• Salary; £40k - £50k
