TRAINEE LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR -GUILDFORD – UP TO £18,000 BASIC, UP TO £25,000 OTE DOE

Our client is an extremely successful, independent Estate Agent in Guildford, who are looking for a Trainee Lettings Negotiatorto join their successful team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering telephone calls
• Arranging appointments
• Taking clear messages
• Registering new applicants
• Entering viewing onto the system
• Some administration
• Delivering leaflets
• Booking valuations
• Conducting viewings

Skills and experience required:

• Great communication skills & attention to detail
• Be enthusiastic and keen to learn
• Be used to delivering a high standard of customer service, at all times
• Be able to work on your own initiative and be pro-active
• Have strong IT skills
• Be able to prioritise workload
• Experience in administration

You Must:

• Be driven and ready to work hard to build a fantastic career for yourself in this professional company.
• Hold a full clean driving licence and have your own car
