Here’s what you’ll be doing:

As the Head of Marketing, your mission is to play a leading role in our growth and lead us to the summit of creative production. You'll be the inspirational leader who fosters a performance culture, earning the respect and support of the entire team. Your role will involve designing and delivering impactful marketing strategies that drive our growth. You'll fill the top of the funnel with qualified leads, develop innovative inbound and outbound tactics, and track program effectiveness.

You will cultivate close and collaborative relationships with our internal teams to align our vision. Your job will be to convey the essence of our value proposition to a targeted audience and win the hearts and minds of our clients and the research community. Additionally, you'll manage our social channels, oversee ongoing website optimization, and lead various marketing-related initiatives.

Here are the skills you'll need:

• Develop a clear and targeted go-to-market marketing strategy aligned with our company's goals.
• Fine-tune our value proposition to differentiate and effectively communicate our offer.
• Collaborate with all departments to shape the brand's design and tone of voice.
• Create a robust strategy for field marketing and events, including a willingness to travel.
• Work closely with agency partners and manage those relationships.
• Build an inbound content strategy through a high-performing website, focusing on SEO, conversion, nurturing, and retargeting.
• Join our Leadership Team and report your successes to the team, the company, and the board.
• Hire, coach, and retain an entrepreneurial and inclusive team.
