Job description

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES To excel in this role, you should hold or be working towards a relevant degree or postgraduate qualification, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience working within health and/or social care. You will have experience and a good understanding of regulatory requirements, particularly those involving the CQC/HIW. Ideally you will have been involved in co-ordinating assurance visits, peer reviews or inspections and the associated support for improvement plans following these. You will be a self-starter, able to prioritise your workload and use your initiative. Good analytical skills and experience of producing reports and presentations for a variety of audiences is essential. A proven track record of co-ordinating and administrating quality related formal committees and working forums (including agenda setting, work-plan monitoring and minute taking) is also vital experience for this role. Whilst the scope of this role is broad, the size of the organisation makes this an exciting opportunity to excel in a variety of areas without limiting the postholder to a single area of expertise.
