My client is a standout law firm in Housing Disrepair and Personal Injury with over 22 years in the legal industry boasting offices nationwide. Their reputation in the industry is enviable and due to their impressive and expanding team they are recruiting for a fully remote Housing Disrepair Litigation Solicitor/Fee Earner to join them and fit in with their existing team seamlessly and hit the ground running. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
As a Housing Disrepair Fee Earner, your primary responsibility is to manage a caseload related to housing disrepair claims, ensuring that clients receive appropriate compensation for damages incurred due to poor living conditions. You will work remotely, handling a caseload independently while collaborating with legal teams and clients to achieve successful outcomes. Your duties include investigating claims, assessing liability, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in legal proceedings when necessary. They are looking for someone a varied rage of experience in Housing Disrepair someone who has manages their own caseload of pre-litigation and litigation HD claims from inception to settlement/trial.
