Temp to Perm contract available, for:
Team Leader
Days: 7.30 am to 6 pm, Monday to Thursday (40 hours)
Rate: £11.20 per hour
Area: OL4 (Lees)
Duties:
- Leading a team of 10 production operatives
- Working on a fast-paced production line
- Working to tight deadlines
- Making sure the line is running efficiently
- Responsible for associated paperwork
- Monitoring time and attendance of workers, reporting directly to the Production Manager
- Leading and motivating your team
Criteria:
- We are looking for individuals who have a proven track record of working in a similar environment
- Excellent time and attendance
- Great communication skills
