Enterprise Mobility

Egham, Surrey | United Kingdom
Job description
We’re Enterprise Mobility. A family-owned, world-class portfolio of brands that in the UK includes household names such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car. A Times Top 100 Graduate Employer, we’ve grown from a pioneering idea over 65-years ago, to the global mobility leader we are today. With a $35 billion turnover, nearly 90,000 team members and over 2.3 million vehicles across 95 countries, we’re here to advance the world, one journey at a time. Imagine what we could do for your career?
Enterprise Mobility’s placement opportunities give you the chance to get ahead in the job market - but don’t just take our word for it; our interns have been voted Best Intern of the Year twice at the National Undergraduate Employability Awards. It’s learning by doing, not by getting coffee all day.
This fast-paced role involves working independently in order to complete daily goals to tight deadlines. You will be supporting different areas of the business across the UK and Ireland; including working closely with our Car Sales, Fleet Strategy and Accounts Payable departments, as the team you will be working in is responsible for processing all vehicle car sale invoices, handling transportation and completing all administration duties for the disposal of our fleet once vehicles have fulfilled their rental life.
This internship would suit anyone looking to hone their skills via a placement opportunity in account management, logistics and supply chain. It won’t come as a surprise then that we are looking for fast learners with a ‘can do’ attitude, who possess an unwavering attention to detail, and a firm commitment to accuracy and consistency. An ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external contacts is also key to be successful in this role.
What you will be surprised to hear is that we don’t mind what subject you’re studying, the university you’re attending or the grades you’re predicted to get. We’ll only assess you against the competencies of the Internship you’re applying for.
We’re Enterprise Mobility. We’re committed to every journey our team members, partners, customers and neighbours make. Join us, and we’ll invest in yours.
From our senior leaders to our interns, Enterprise Mobility gives everyone the freedom to explore their potential, and the opportunities they need to rise to new challenges and take their skills to the next level - because their growth is what makes Enterprise Mobility’s growth possible.
Nowhere is this philosophy better illustrated than in our approach to internships and graduate careers. When people join their award-winning Management Training Programme, as an intern or graduate alike, we empower them to start contributing right from the word go. It helps that we are divided up into smaller, local branches, so our interns and graduates gain the skills and experience needed to run their own business in as little as two years.
Enterprise Mobility is also still family-owned – our CEO Chrissy Taylor, who started as an intern, is the third generation of the Taylor family to run the company. This allows us to look forward even more confidently to the future, providing the stability we need to pursue the long-term good for our business, our employees and our customers, even in these challenging times.
Join us, and become one of the new generation helping us write the next chapter of our success story.
Enterprise Mobility is proud to be a disability confident employer. We work with MyPlus who support the 15% of disabled students and graduates applying for jobs, internships and placements.
