What is the role?

Conduct Independent Audit Reviews

• Collaborate with the Chief Internal Auditor, Head of Technology Audit, FC's leadership team, including C-Level executives and MDs, and co-source partners to define audit and advisory review scopes.
• Perform thorough analyses to identify key risks and controls, developing strategies to test design adequacy and operational effectiveness. Subsequently, execute and document test outcomes.
• Synthesize and communicate observations to senior stakeholders, crafting impactful reports, and aligning follow-up audit actions with FC's technological and operational context.
• Ensure progress and closure of audit actions, maintaining accountability for effective resolution.

Enhance Internal Audit Capabilities

• Support Heads of Internal Audit in periodically assessing the audit universe, risks, technology risk taxonomies, and assurance maps.
• Contribute to the development of data-driven continuous risk assessment tools and assurance portals, facilitating dynamic risk evaluation.
• Maintain the quality of independent assurance activities by adhering to the IA team's methodology and quality standards.

Engage Effectively with Stakeholders

• Establish credible and trusted relationships with audit stakeholders across various seniority levels.
• Collaborate with the broader IA team, risk function, and co-source partners to ensure adequate capability and capacity for delivering impactful audit opinions and insights.

Desired Qualifications:

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting audits related to technology platforms, system development lifecycle processes, and cloud environments such as IAAS, PAAS, and SAAS.
• Experience implementing various test strategies, including Data and Analytics, to evaluate the effectiveness of controls related to technology change, operations, and IT General and Application controls.
