Higher Apprentice - Project Management Officer Analyst (Hewish)

Job description

What you will do in your working day

As a Higher Apprentice you'll be looking after the Project Management Office (PMO) with our Planning, Estimating, Risk and Reporting colleagues you'll gain experience in all aspects of estimating, risk and cost management including:


By achieving all of this you'll be making sure we hit the Network Output Measures plan; the projects that protect the asset health ratings which drive a large part of National Grid's revenue.

The training you will be getting

You will have reviews with the training provider HOET (Heart of England Training, your Line Manager and Business Coordinator every 10 weeks.

You will study for half a day at a time, for a total of 16 days.

You will have a three-month assessment window to enter the gateway and complete your end point assessment to gain your qualification.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Upon successful completion of the programme, you will join National Grid as a Project Management Officer Analyst.
