Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Recycling Operations Manager to join our team at our new, multimillion pound waste processing facility in Ilkeston, Derbyshire.
Reporting directly to the Operations Director and in partnership with the Commercial Waste Manager, the Recycling Operations Manager will ensure high performance across our waste processing facility.
The Recycling Operations Manager will oversee and lead a team of multiskilled waste plant operatives in the handling and processing of waste. The position is primarily based at our Ilkeston waste processing facility, however the Recycling Operations Manager will also oversee performance of our other processing facility in Chesterfield.
Duties and Responsibilities
What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have a background in waste and recycling and ideally hold a WAMITAB qualification, however this is not essential.
They will have strong commercial and operational understanding of the waste industry and excellent people management skills and at least 2 years experience in a comparable role.

Excellent IT, data analysis and reporting skills with attention to detail and a can-do approach.
