City & Guilds/ HNC Qualifications
Reactive and Planned maintenance experience
Relevant Experience
Decontamination experience is desireable but not essential
Acts as Authorised Person in relation to Decontamination equipment.
Maintains, operates and reviews Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) through the implementation of suitable operational work plans ensures that buildings, plant and equipment are maintained.
Manages all aspects of the on-site plant and equipment operation, to minimise energy and utilities consumption, collaborating with the Estates Manager.
The RoleThis role is a temp 6-month contract with the ability to go Perm at the end.
The salary for this role is £25.78 an hour.
You have the choice whether to be paid PAYE or Umbrella.
You will be reporting to the Estates Manager
