Security Cleared Resident Engineer
up to £60 per hour

A leading engineering company in Defence, Nuclear & Marine is in immediate need of a Security Cleared Resident Engineer based in Plymouth. Specializing in cutting-edge defence technology, this firm is at the forefront of innovation. The position involves playing a pivotal role in advancing a complex tactical communications system aimed at bolstering defence capabilities and safeguarding critical assets.
We are looking for a contracted Security Cleared Resident Engineer to join the construction and Project team by providing advice and communicating with contractors and relevant internal stakeholders to resolve site issues/ Technical Queries during construction in line with contract timescales.
Skills Required:
Prior experience in safely executing construction projects under NEC contracts, particularly within the nuclear industry.
Understanding of the impact of works on existing safety protocols
Awareness of CDM regulations, construction practices, and health and safety laws.
