Job description
Britten Pears Arts and Snape Maltings Trading Limited can, between them, provide a wide range of work experience opportunities for students.
Work experience placements are usually from 1 to 2 weeks and are offered to students from Year 10 upwards to post-graduates.
In 2024 we are able to offer placements in the following areas:
Retail, 1 - 2 weeks, year 10 and upwards - at Snape Maltings
Archive - 1 week (year 10 students); 2 weeks (graduate/post-grads) - at The Red House, Aldeburgh.
Community Programme (Families) - 2 weeks (year 10 - graduates) - from February to May and July until September. At The Red House, Aldeburgh
Heritage and Museums - 1 - 2 weeks, (year 10 - graduate), May to October (excluding June) at The Red House, Aldeburgh.
Collections Management - usually 4 weeks, graduates and post-graduates, July to to December
Backstage/stage crew - depends on activity and performances - please contact us with your dates and we will do our best to help.
Music Programme (eg: Residencies, Young Musicians) - depends on activity - please contact us with your dates and we will do our best to help.
