Kenton Black Finance are proud to represent this successful company close to the Widnes area who due to continued expansion and success, are now seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Administrator for a HYBRID role. Ideally the successful applicant will possess strong end to end previous payroll experience within a practice accountancy/bureau/umbrella environment. HOWEVER my client will also consider candidates from a payroll role within an inhouse payroll processing role.

Your New Role as Payroll Administrator:

You will be undertaking payroll duties for your own portfolio of clients working in a small and friendly team of 15 in a busy and dynamic payroll department offering a varied and interesting workload.

Day To Day Duties:

Duties will include but not limited to:

· End to end payroll weekly/monthly/fortnightly payrolls on behalf of a number of clients-
Full training provided on in house system

· Calculate SMP/SSP/SPP/SHPP and auto enrolment pension contributions

· Set up Attachment of Earnings orders

· Send out all payroll correspondence
·
· Deal with client/employee queries

· Deal with HMRC queries

· Process year end

· PAYE, P46/P45/P60''s processing

Experience & Qualifications Required To Apply:

This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll specialist with full end to end payroll processing experience and ideally accountancy practice experience (however my client will consider Industry/Bureau experience !
