Glasgow Housing Support Services – North, East and South of Glasgow
19 Hours per week | £26,000 - £28,000 (pro rata) per annum (depending on qualification) | Permanent

At any one time across our fantastic projects, we are supporting up to 1,500 individuals, their families and communities, helping them to live better lives.
Our Glasgow Housing Support Service provides personalised support to approximately 20 individuals with learning disabilities and other associated conditions, residing within Glasgow and surrounding areas. The individuals we support have their own tenancies with local Housing Associations.
As a Team Leader you will support the Registered Service Manager with the delivery of the service. You will also be responsible for ensuring a high-quality person-centred approach is delivered. It's a chance for you to showcase your confidence in your own abilities to effectively manage a team.
Shift working including evenings and weekends is a requirement of the post. Previous working experience with the client group is preferred and previous supervisory experience is desirable.
Great leadership skills are essential to inspire your team through leading by example and delivering high-quality, flexible person-centred support while communicating effectively across all levels and with various external professionals.

The successful candidate must possess excellent organisational skills and IT skills. Experience of MS Office is essential, particularly Word and Excel.
