Job Description

Location: Nottingham

Are you a Practice Nurse looking for an exciting new opportunity? 

Hickings Lane Practice are looking for a Practice Nurse for 35 hours per week.

They will also assist the Registered Manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained .

The postholder will provide care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care. Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations essential.

They will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring that practice policies and procedures are followed.

To be considered for this exciting role you must have

UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience

Must have a good knowledge on Quality Outcomes Framework
