Search is currently looking for a motivated individual to join the forces of our client based in Haywards Heath, to fill the role of Operations Manager.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager looking for a new challenge or an ambitious Food and Beverage assistant wanting to take that next step.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- At least 2 years of experience of working in a Food and Beverage environment.
- Experience delivering 1st class hospitality & service experience.
- Have a friendly yet professional persona
- Have the ability to adapt and improvise in changing situations
The role:
- Full time
- Working 5 out of 7 days, a mix of early 6:45-15:15 and late shifts 14:30-23:00. This will also include occasional late 2am finishes according to functions and weddings.
- Duties will include being in charge of the hotel on your shift ensuring all guests are looked after in the correct manner, looking after food and beverage operations, looking after functions such as weddings and meetings.
- Organising team members to ensure the complete hotel operation is covered.
- Hands-on role supporting and working with the team.
- Salary £26,500 per annum / 42.5 hrs a week / overtime paid / potential bonus based on performance.
- Full training is provided
- Immediate start
Transport is desirable due to shift work and location.
