About Our Client

Our client is a reputable Social Housing provider with a strong presence in Wiltshire, known for its commitment to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of its residents through its robust property management practices.

Job Description

• Managing planned works and fire safety remedial works across a portfolio of Social Housing properties
• FRAs are now complete and data has been gathered
• Responsible for overseeing the delivery of works following identification of necessary remedial actions
• May also include minor works
• Collaborating with contractors and consultants to ensure compliance
• Supervising and managing project budgets and timescales
• Providing technical advice
• Ensuring all work carried out complies with current fire safety legislation and best practice

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Surveyor should have:

A degree in Building Surveying or a related field
Knowledge and understanding of legislation and practices within the Social Housing industry
Experience managing projects and contractors
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide technical advice
