Our professional responsibility is to reduce the risk of infection to others as far as possible. Getting vaccinated against diseases that can be passed person-to-person in healthcare settings is part of this responsibility. A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Team Manager. This is a new role managing the Exeter Homeless team, Veterans and Exeter University mental health services.
This new opportunity would allow you to utilise your experience and skills in this new format of services.
You will be responsible for the performance management and will ensure effective governance and delivery of these services, based on evidence and best practice guidelines.
We will support you to learn the required skills you need to thrive in this role. We will offer you the training and development support you need to achieve a fulfilling career.
You will have excellent communication skills, enabling you to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across all services. You will be able to demonstrate the skills required to analyse and interpret a wide range of complex information from a variety of sources and implement and monitor action plans. You will have strong leadership and change management skills.
