Our esteemed client, a well-established not-for-profit veterinary company, is set to open a state-of-the-art clinic in the vibrant town of Telford. As they expand their practices, they are in search of a Lead Veterinary Nurse to join their dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of all nursing aspects, actively promoting staff development, mentoring, and championing best practices. Your proficiency in conducting 1-2-1 meetings, experience in efficient rota management, and oversight of stock management will be instrumental. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting regular staff meetings and ensuring clinic compliance with Health and Safety, as well as RCVS Practice Standards scheme criteria.
