The UKE Citizen Services Local Government Partnerships contracts are transforming to improve standardised service delivery, maximise economies of scale and to reduce costs in line with a reduced demand for services.

Due to the success and fast growth of our service, we are looking for a Tech Bar Coordinator to expand the services provided by the Tech Bar.

As Tech Bar Coordinator  you will be working within the High Profile Tech Bar based in Lincolnshire County Council, Newlands Lincoln. The specifics of the role will be attending to users who visit the Tech Bar for various reasons.

What you’ll need to do the role

You will need a strong customer service background along with a keen interest in I.T. You will need a good understanding of Microsoft 365 products (Word Excel Outlook), Good I.T hardware skills with and understanding of laptop/tablet ports.

This is an On-Site role of 37 Hours per week Monday – Friday. You will need to be able to travel to 5 days a week to our Lincoln site, be highly punctual and flexible.
