The Company We are working with a client in the industrial sector, looking to expand to their already high performing sales team.They provide LED lighting solution across the industrial sector The Role:
- Manage sales process from generating initial enquiries through to quotation, negotiation, and order confirmation
- Contact existing clients to grow accounts and maintain relationships
- Generate new business and identify opportunities in new local and national accounts building strong professional relationships via cold calls, LinkedIn and events.
- Support the growth of revenue of electromechanical services in line with strategic sectoral objectives over the next five years and beyond
- Hit sales targets and KPI by effectively understanding customer requirements and identifying opportunities
- Research the competitive market and keep up to date market analysis
- Track and keep CRM up to date with all new and existing client information and detailed notes of activity
- Take part in training of product and services the business offers
- Attend trade shows and events
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline
- Maintain and promote the vision, values, and mission of the company and show continuous improvement
- Build professional relationships with colleagues, suppliers and clients
- Take pride in customer satisfaction
