Job description

SF Recruitment are supporting a leading business in recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator to join a leading business in Tipton.

-Finalizing outbound shipments for invoicing
- Scanning serial numbers and delivering outbound orders on the ERP system
- Handling enquiries via telephone and email
- Quotation provision
- Purchase order processing
- Preparation of shipping documentation
- Effectively managing any supplier / customer feedback or enquiries
- Continuously building positive supplier / customer relationships
- Provide accurate and timely reports on direct activity
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products, including applications, features and benefits
- Maintenance of supplier / customer account details, pricing and contacts through internal CRM system. Support ongoing CRM development.
