Here at Nurse Seekers are proud to be working on behalf of a lovely nursery who are looking to employ a Qualified  Room Leader and Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for their ‘OUTSTANDING’ setting based near Catford, London.

For this role, you will apply your knowledge and best practice to ensure our children have the very best start in life.

This setting has an enclosed garden area as well as age-specific rooms adding up to a rich environment for learning. Room Leader – Key Aspects • As a manager of a Room you have overall responsibility to ensure the relevant statutory and legal welfare and curriculum requirements are always met • To take charge of own key worker group and inform parents and other staff of any other relevant information. • Maintain children’s records inclusive of observations and their next steps. Be responsible for creating an attractive and stimulating environment. • In the absence of the nursery manager/deputy nursery Manager, assist with the overall running of the nursery and supervision of the team.• Speak Up against practices that don’t support safeguarding or our Core Values • To work closely with parents and create trusting relationships with all families Staff Benefits!
