Overview
A market-leading recruitment business based in Epsom are looking for someone with strong admin skills and some finance experience to join as a Senior Administrator.
Salary: up to £30,000
The Role
- Contracts (create candidate and client side, chase return of contracts, initial point of contact for queries, purchase order reconciliations, candidate references, quality surveys)
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting (KPI/performance tracking, contractor numbers out, board packs, sales reports)
- Timesheets (initial contact for queries on the online timesheet system, set up of users)
- Creating/updating presentations (monthly sales meetings, quarterly company meetings)
- Preparing monthly commission statements
- Assistance with pay/bill processes (peak periods and holiday/sickness cover)
- Administering the system for holiday and sickness recording
- General facilities management (assistance with office moves, dealing with mobile phones, archiving etc.)
- Ad hoc tasks as required by the directors
Key Skills/Experience
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Some previous finance or payroll experience would be a major advantage
- Previous experience within a recruitment company would also be an advantage
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
