As a Sales Person you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive and memorable shopping experience. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving issues and fostering customer satisfaction. Your primary goal is to create long lasting relationships with our customers and enhance their overall experience..

Responsibilities

• To learn knowledge of all products.
• To operate and understand ordering and sales processes.
• Ability to receive and make telephone calls.
• Ability to send and receive emails from suppliers and customers.
• Be able to understand work drawings.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Satisfactory level of education.
• Ability to manage resources.
• Ability to close sales.
• Ability to use inhouse sales system and goods ordering system.
• Keep workplace clean and tidy.
• Own transport with full drivers licence.
• Communication skills.
• IT skills.

Further Information

The Employer is: PORTADOWN FIREPLACES Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
