Job description

Are you passionate about working in finance? Pure have a fantastic opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join a busy team in Chelmsford.

The role will be focusing on Purchase Ledger

This role will be an 8-week temp role with the potential to go permanent afterwards.

Essential Duties

• Process goods received to purchase orders to the ledger.
• Process a high-volume purchase ledger invoices.
• Statement reconciliations
• Liaising with appropriate stakeholders
• Deal with supplier queries.
• Process BACS runs.
• Subcontractor processing and payments
• Ad-hoc accounts and admin.

Skills

• 1+ year experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 and Excel is ideal.
