Job description

FM Conway is currently recruiting for a professional and motivated Part Time Customer Liaison Officer to work within our Customer Care Department. As our Part Time Customer Liaison Officer you will manage and investigate incidents from internal and external customers and liaise across all divisions of the business to establish facts and assist in resolution.

The duties of our Part Time Customer Liaison Officer:

- Professionally, competently, and efficiently handle, investigate, and respond to internal and external enquiries and incidents via phone and email

- Dealing with sensitive and confidential information

- Effectively following up and monitoring outstanding incidents to resolution and closure, whilst managing your own workload efficiently and effectively

What skills and experience do you need?

We are looking for a professional and confident candidate, who has experience of communicating with a variety of people via telephone, email and face to face. You will have previous experience within customer service and complaints handling. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong customer focus and be able to work as part of a team as well as on your own.
