Your Dream Role
- Put simply, you will assist the business in insuring that the supply product meets expectations in relation to quality and reliability.
- Ensure all quality records are maintained whether that’s on paper or electronically.
- Partner with the Quality Department and Operations to reduce defects and time spent on Stage Inspection Audits while maintaining recognised standards on vehicles.
- We are a fast-paced business with priorities shifting all the time. You will thrive in this environment, supporting the monthly output of vehicles and meeting customer targets.
- An opportunity to make a difference by supporting Quality and Operations to eliminate recurring defects.
- Roles like this don’t come along often – you will have exposure to a wide range of stakeholders and complex projects.
What you will bring:
- This is the perfect opportunity for someone with coach building or quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
- If you have some experience in a similar complex, global business – even better!
- Relationship building will come easily to you. You will be confident and won’t shy away from working with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Assist in managing supplier performance
- Driven, curious, and passionate about delivering the highest quality of work at all times.
- Things can be hectic here so you will have the ability to work unsupervised, often to tight deadlines.
