Can you help us champion no-nonsense nutrition, zero-waste and high-welfare farming, and inspire people to feed themselves with real food that nourishes, strengthens and restores their bodies? This is an exciting opportunity to join a key position as part of a rapidly growing brand.
We’re here to make bone broth a household staple again, and to show that bone broth is the foundation of good health and good food. We launched Freja in October 2020 as a small lockdown project with big ambitions. Since then, we’ve become a category-leading, award-winning brand, combined with a DTC-first business model, soon to launch across Europe. We drive brand awareness, education and product demand with digital marketing, and we’re looking for a digital designer to help make our content stand out from the crowd.
We’re a small team that punches above its weight. We like to work with people who are proactive, entrepreneurial and commercial, with first-class communication skills.
We are looking for someone who will:
- Own the visual identity of the brand and present design solutions that support the brand strategy and vision.
- Translate the brand vision into consistent and engaging, high-quality visual assets.
- Create digital marketing assets for Meta ads (static and animated ads & graphics for video), as well as email and organic social
- Design landing pages and product pages on Shopify & Amazon
- Input into print and packaging design
- Follow (and input where necessary) brand guidelines and ensure assets are consistent across all platforms.
About you:
- Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience as a web and print graphic designer.
- Ideally worked in-house at a consumer brand for 1-2 years with a strong and consistent visual identity, or at a high volume design agency with a relevant consumer portfolio.
- Understand the importance of following brand guidelines, but also able to sprinkle design magic at the right moment!
- Have an interest in health, nutrition and wellness.
- Understand the requirements of different digital marketing platforms, with excellent knowledge of digital online platforms
- Highly organised to manage multiple projects, and efficient to produce high volume of quality content.
- Keen attention to detail - this is a must
- Comfortable with artworking any design projects and confident seeing through all stages of a project from concept to completion.
- A willingness to grow with the company.
- Current right to work and live in the UK.
