Finance and Administration Officer at Ballysillan Youth For Christ (the BlueHouses). A new position, initially on a part time basis, gives the right person the opportunity to be part of this special organisation.
Ballysillan Youth For Christ (the BlueHouses) seek to employ a Finance and Administration Officer. This is a new position, which initially on a part time basis, gives the right person the opportunity to be part of this special organisation, providing key organisational and administrative support, enabling the sustainability and growth of the charity.
This is a critical role and will be key to enabling the BlueHouses team to deliver face to face youth and community work in this undeniably unique and strategically based centre in the heart of Ballysillan.
The successful applicant will have credible experience in finance and administration, adopting an enthusiastic, self motivated and organised approach, committing to providing a high quality service.
Applicants must:
hold a minimum of a foundation level qualification in a recognised Accountancy body and a minimum of 3 years proven experience working in a finance role
or
5 years recent experience in a financial role (if you do not possess relevant qualification)
The nature of the role and the context in which it is carried out dictates that it is a genuine occupational requirement that the person appointed must be a Christian, subscribing to the Statement of Faith and Ethos Statement of YFCNI.
The successful applicant will be required to undertake an AccessNI Enhanced Check, including a check of the DBS Barred Lists.
