Exciting Career Opportunity: Associate Solicitor in Serious and Catastrophic Injury 
Salary Range: £45,000 - £60,000
Experience Required: 1-5 PQE

Join a well renowned Legal 500 law firm in their Serious and Catastrophic Injury team. This role offers unparalleled flexibility, allowing you to work remotely or from their strategically situated Warwick office and consulting offices in Oxford and Birmingham. As a key member of the team, you will handle a varied personal injury caseload, primarily focusing on multi-track cases, and collaborate closely with senior colleagues on complex, high-value catastrophic injury matters.

Our client is one of the few law firms who are Trusted Legal Partners of the Spinal Injuries Association in more than one region. They work with their partners and aim to lead change in the sector and beyond to improve the lives of people living with serious and catastrophic injury.

The Candidate
We are looking for a talented Associate Solicitor skilled in managing cases with claims exceeding £250k. The ideal candidate will be adept at working both collaboratively and independently, handling a diverse range of high-value, multi-track cases. Our client is distinguished for its expertise in multiple-disciplinary injury types, including brain and spinal cord injuries, amputations, and chronic pain conditions. They have established long-term contracts across various work streams, reflecting their commitment to excellence in this field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge on a diverse range of multi-track cases.
- Collaborate closely with senior team members on complex and high-value catastrophic injury cases.
- Provide guidance and constructive feedback to paralegals and trainees, delegating tasks where necessary.
- Actively participate in initiatives aimed at business development to elevate the firm's profile and expand its influence.
- Build and maintain professional relationships within the local community.
- Enjoy the flexibility of remote work, with the autonomy to choose your work setting. Regular office attendance is not mandatory, but occasional visits, around 1-2 days per week or fortnight, are expected.
- Travel as needed for client meetings and engagements.
