Senior Lighting Designer/ Associate – Hybrid (2/3 office/home)
Bucks, Berks, Oxon, Northants, Warwickshire
£45,000 - £50,000 basic + Bonus, BUPA and Pension
Exciting new opportunity to join this well-established lighting design Consultancy offering solutions for high end residential and hospitality projects. You will be designing innovating and inspirational schemeswith full involvement throughout the project.
An entrepreneurial role where you will run commercial/hospitality/residential projects efficiently, project managing through both internal and external teams; pitch for commercial/hospitality projects
Produce fee proposals for all project types; train junior team members as required; provide technical knowledge and support for other designers; run CPD’s for architects and interior designers; produce conceptual lighting design information and professionally manage the projects to completion
The ideal candidate will be a competent lighting designer with a minimum of 5 years Lighting Design experience in a Lighting Design Studio; extensive OEM technical product knowledge; AutoCAD essential; DiaLux (advantageous); experience of Project management and business development
You should be well presented, organised, efficient with good spatial awareness, able to think in 3D and present proposals clearly to clients so they can visualise and understand the process. You will need your own car as this is a hybrid role working from the office 1-2 days per week, on-site and from home.
